Afferent is a specialized product design and development company based in India, offering superior quality services for product visualization and manufacturing.

In 2016, Afferent Technologies began its journey as an incubatee company at Venture Centre, India’s pre-eminent science incubator located in Pune. Founders Mukund Deogaonkar and Prameet Kamat initiated the venture with a range of product solutions for various industries. Fast forward to today: Afferent owns a 4,000 sq ft facility in Baner Pune enabling them to fabricate up to 10K units each month due to their capable team of 35 members.

Design

We specialize in the custom production of product and solution designs. We take your design brief – which outlines all your requirements – and develop a prototype that is both cost-effective and high-performance. Our briefs can range from individual devices to more comprehensive device + data solutions.

Prototyping

Afferent is privileged to collaborate with reputable industrial design companies and vendors located in China, Eastern Europe, and India. Depending on your needs, these alliances allow us to locate superior-quality components that are reliable and will not put a dent in your wallet

Production

Afferent manufacturing services can be used to take your product from its initial launch and engineering product development, to a full-scale production run. Our afferent systems prioritize consistency in every aspect of performance and quality, including the final packaging process. The goods produced can either be shipped in bulk or already packaged for sale.

Process

Afferent team is known for its prompt and reliable work. We deliver high-quality product concepts in 90 to 120 days, including design iterations, prototype choices, and accurate pricing.
